The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Joy throws a body punch but Bondurant moves out of range.
Bondurant attempts a counter takedown but Joy avoids it well and moves away.
Joy throws a body shot but no joy.
Bondurant fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Joy avoids it really well and circles away.
Bondurant fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.

Joy rushes Bondurant and presses him up against the cage.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Bondurant is pushing down on Joy's leg trying to pass to half guard. Joy is fighting to maintain full guard but Bondurant has managed to sneak the leg through.
