Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Drew Wood (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kai Pizirdeven (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Pizirdeven is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Hopsin - You Are My Enemy. There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

The judges for this bout are Peter Branson, Dirk Anderson and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pizirdeven darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Pizirdeven not doing much here.
Wood punching from the bottom.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Pizirdeven controlling the pace.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.
Wood's jab looks to have found its range, popping Pizirdeven under the eye.
Wood lands with a nice combination. Pizirdeven backs away looking to recover.
Pizirdeven shoots in and gets a takedown into Wood's guard.
Wood looking for a guillotine here but Pizirdeven defends easily.

Pizirdeven bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Wood explodes and escapes back to his feet! Nice escape there!
Wood throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Pizirdeven.
Pizirdeven shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Pizirdeven was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Wood seems a little lost for a moment, as Pizirdeven dominates the positioning.
Wood tries to get back to half guard but can't.

Pizirdeven decides to stand up, so the ref orders Wood to his feet.
Wood tries to sprawl but Pizirdeven drives through with a takedown into half guard.
Wood kicks Pizirdeven off and gets back to his feet.
Pizirdeven gets the takedown into side control.
Wood wants to get back to his feet but Pizirdeven is dominant here and he's now got Wood's back!
Wood is rocked!
Oh Wood is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Pizirdeven scoring with big shots to the body. Wood is looking for a way out. A despairing look towards the ref and the official steps in to stop the fight. Wood was obviously done but didn't want to tap out.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:57 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Kai Pizirdeven!
