Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Rory Tironne (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Paul Harris (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Harris moves into the clinch.
Tironne tries to circle away but Harris has him pinned against the cage.
Tironne has had enough of the clinch but Harris keeps him there for the moment.
Harris is leaning against Tironne and scores with a nice uppercut to the body.

Harris gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, Tironne regains guard.
Harris is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.
Harris's corner is telling him to maintain position.
Harris is pushing down on Tironne's leg trying to pass to half guard. Tironne is fighting to maintain full guard but Harris has managed to sneak the leg through.
Harris lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt.
Tironne wants to get back to his feet.
Tironne knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Harris on the ground.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Harris uses his free foot to push down on Tironne's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Tironne.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Harris connects with a couple of good shots from mount.
Harris has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Tironne's face.
