The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Carron is looking to clinch.
Ster now looks to counter with a shot at the body.
Ster scores with a kick to the body.
Carron on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.

Carron is looking to clinch but Ster is avoiding it.
Ster looks like he wants to counter punch here.

Ster lands with a hook. Carron tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
It looks like Owen Carron has been cut.
Carron gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Carron tries to clinch but Ster moves out of range.
Ster catches Carron napping and connects with a big right hand that sends Carron to the canvas!

Ster is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
Carron throws a couple of weedy looking strikes off his back.
The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.
Carron closes the distance but Ster moves to the side
and Ster counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Ster lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Carron throws a jab but it's blocked by Ster.
Ster appears to be waiting to throw a counter punch to the body.
Ster lands a nice leg kick that just misses Carron's sensitive parts.

Ster throws a leg kick which misses Carron's front leg but catches the back leg as Carron tries to avoid it.
Carron on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Ster lands a really nice looking cross but Carron seems unphased.
Carron tries to clinch but Ster moves out of range.
Carron is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Ster flicks out a counter leg kick but Carron steps away.
Carron stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Ster.
Carron is looking to clinch but Ster is avoiding it.
Carron looks to land a right hand but Ster moved out of range.
Ster sets himself and throws a head kick that knocks Carron to the ground! Ster dives into full mount looking to finish!
Oh Carron is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!

Carron seems to have got his legs back now.
Ster's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.
Ster lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Ster landing strikes from the mount and Carron is in trouble!

Ster looking to finish here with some ground and pound. He lands one big shot that has Carron covering up... and two more big strikes land, forcing the referee to step in and put and end to proceedings! This fight is all over!
