Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Kenji Sato (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jorge Santos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sato comes into the arena with True Survivor - David Hasselhoff blaring out of the sound system. Kenji Sato has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Kenji Sato!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Jorge Santos!
The judges for this bout are Joseph Jones, Alyssa Summers and Jonathan Paton.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sato rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Santos moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Santos scores with a nice right hand.

and Sato counters with a three punch combo that has Santos backing up. Santos nods at Sato to acknowledge the strikes.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

That was a close round but I would say that Kenji Sato will probably get the nod.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!


Santos lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Sato circles away quickly and effectively.
As Santos tries to get set, Sato tries to push him back and clinch up but Santos manages to avoid the attempt.

Santos might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.

That was a close second round but I would say that Kenji Sato will probably get the nod.
