The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wright lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Wright connects with a solid leg kick.
Paavo lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
Paavo cracks Wright with a right hand to the side of the head.
Wright is looking to score with low kicks.

Paavo clinches up with Wright and pushes him back against the cage.

Paavo drops Wright onto one knee with a big uppercut from the clinch! Wright is propped up by the cage and works his way back to his feet!
Paavo creates some distance for himself and unleashes a massive uppercut that sends Wright's eyes rolling into the back of his head! Wright drops to his knees and Paavo pours it on with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!

After the fight, Eliitti Paavo was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
