Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.

With a record of 6 - 5 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Miguel Gonzalez!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Bernard McGinn!
The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Stewart Dunkirk and Robert Twigg.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Gonzalez clinches up with McGinn and pushes him back against the cage.
Gonzalez gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head.
McGinn is trying to drag Gonzalez to the mat but Gonzalez just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.
McGinn wants a takedown but no success here.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
McGinn changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Gonzalez fights it off and pushes away nicely.

Gonzalez ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Gonzalez no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
