Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Paul Green (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lance Legstrong (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Green comes to the cage accompanied by Boom Boom. Legstrong has chosen Desmond Cheese - Polyfizzal Drizzal as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 21 - 17 - 0, fighting out of London, Lance Legstrong!
The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, William Gold and Sam Margolis.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Legstrong throws a jab but it's blocked by Green.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Legstrong has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
Legstrong bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Legstrong loads up on a big right hand but Green slips the punch.
Green misses with a low kick.
A swing and a miss from Legstrong.

Legstrong feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Legstrong seems to be working for a kimura but Green defends the submission attempt.

Lance Legstrong seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Legstrong takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.

Green feints and then cracks Legstrong's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Legstrong down.

Green is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Legstrong.

That was a close round but I would say that Paul Green will probably get the nod.

Lance Legstrong showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
That's time! Green's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. This is the final round!

Green throws a body punch but Legstrong moves out of range.

A telegraphed right hand from Legstrong misses the target.
It looked like Green wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
Legstrong lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.

Legstrong shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Legstrong was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
