The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sviridov lands a body shot.
We've been hearing reports that Ochrymiuk has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.
Sviridov sizes up Ochrymiuk with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.

Ochrymiuk moves into the clinch.

Sviridov pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Ochrymiuk back to the cage. Sviridov follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.

Sviridov throws an overhand right from the outside, which connects and sends Ochrymiuk stumbling backwards into the cage! Ochrymiuk bounces back off the cage towards Sviridov, who cracks him with a two punch combination that drops him to his knees! Sviridov lands two more shots before the referee has chance to intervene - what a finish! Sviridov celebrates with his corner as the crowd cheer loudly.

A relieved looking Egor Sviridov thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
