Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Uli Kunkel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Donatas Radyys (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kunkel comes to the cage accompanied by Bubbles - Bidibodi Bidibu. Kunkel has a slight injury, which hopefully won't affect the fight too much. Uli Kunkel had a look across the cage there at his opponent. He definitely means business

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Radyys doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Kunkel counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Kunkel connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
Kunkel lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
Radyys takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Kunkel fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Radyys manages to avoid it.
Kunkel throws a shot from downtown. Radyys moves away and avoids it.
Radyys lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected.
Kunkel lands a jab to the nose.

Radyys is rocked!
Radyys takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Radyys is still on wobbly legs! Can Kunkel finish him?
Kunkel fails to land with a series of punches.
Kunkel tries to bum rush Radyys with a series of wild strikes but Radyys uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Radyys let fly with a counter punch to the body but it didn't land.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Kunkel cracks Radyys with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Radyys tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Kunkel pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Radyys is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Uli Kunkel!
Uli Kunkel bigged himself up after the win. The crowd seemed to love it.
