Coming up we have a super heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Rick Rollins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Wayne Jordan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 7 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Rick Rollins!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Wayne Jordan!
The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, George Francis and Gwen Towbar.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by Rollins!
Rollins moves away from the strike by Jordan.

Jordan gets tackled into the ropes by Rollins. Rollins maintains the clinch.
Jordan lands with a short head shot on the inside.

Rollins can't find room to land a body shot as Jordan controls the action.

Rollins throws a series of punches but Jordan moves out of range.

It looks like Rick Rollins has been cut.
Rollins takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Rollins will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Jordan up against the ropes.
Jordan swings wildly with an uppercut but Rollins uses good head movement to avoid it.

Rollins escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Wayne Jordan showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

That's time! Rollins's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.


Rollins leaves his chin hanging out and Jordan seizes the opportunity with an uppercut! Rollins crumbles to the floor in a heap! The referee steps in and tends to the downed fighter! What a knockout!
