The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Milne shoots in looking for a takedown but Bushiri manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Milne's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
No luck for Bushiri with that takedown attempt.
Bushiri throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
Bushiri slaps away a takedown attempt from Milne, before circling back to the center of the mat.

Milne swats away the attempt to clinch by Bushiri.
Milne darts in looking for a takedown but Bushiri gets double underhooks and turns Milne into the cage.
We've been told by Milne's head coaches at Arvins Bootcamp that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.

Milne goes for a double leg but Bushiri avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Bushiri continues to drive forward.
