Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Winnie Lourson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Wok Wok (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lourson feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Lourson trying to control the position from guard on top but Wok is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Wok working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Lourson doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Lourson manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

Wok escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Lourson gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Lourson wants to get up but he can't break Wok's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.
Wok closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.

Lourson wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.
Wok changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Lourson fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Wok throws a looping overhand right but Lourson ducks down to avoid it.
Lourson closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Lourson wants to take a breather but Wok manages to regain guard - a lesson learnt for Lourson.
Lourson is fighting to break Wok's control of his arms but Wok is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.

Wok thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Lourson's head.
Wok is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Lourson doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Wok.

Wok is stalling here. Lourson is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Wok seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Lourson has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work.
Lourson swings around for an armbar but Wok sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Lourson's guard.
Wok wants to control from the top but Lourson keeps moving.
Wok is pushing down on Lourson's leg trying to pass to half guard. Lourson is fighting to maintain full guard but Wok has managed to sneak the leg through.
Wok wants to free his trapped foot but Lourson is holding on for dear life with his legs.

Wok lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.

Wok Wok showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

A telegraphed takedown attempt from Lourson is defended easily by Wok.
Wok shoots in and drives through. Lourson sprawls well.
Lourson gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Lourson wants to sweep here but Wok controlling him for the moment.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Wok is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.

Wok Wok comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Wok has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
