The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kazi throws a front kick that sends Smiff stumbling back into the cage.
Kazi throws a shot from downtown. Smiff moves away and avoids it.
Smiff tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away.
Smiff ducks under a wild hook from Kazi.
Kazi fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Smiff checks it well.
Smiff wants to counter the offense by Kazi and move into the clinch position.
