Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Jacky Jackal (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Phad Mendes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jackal comes into the arena with For Heavy Metal we will die! blaring out of the sound system. Both these fighters are unbeaten, so somebody's 0 has got to go!Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mendes shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Jackal sprawls well. Jackal wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Mendes gets slowly back to his feet.
Jackal was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Mendes shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
As Mendes looks to move away, Jackal throws a big counter combo but Mendes just gets out of the way.
Jackal scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Mendes doesn't seem bothered though.
Mendes takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.

Jacky Jackal has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Phad Mendes.
Jackal lands with a thumping leg kick.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Mendes looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Mendes takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Jackal lands an overhand right.
Jackal cracks Mendes with a hook to the temple - Mendes is on wobbly legs here! Jackal swarms him with hook after hook, landing with each one! Mendes falls to the canvas face first and the referee dives in to stop the fight! Jackal wins by TKO!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:05 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Jacky Jackal!
Jacky Jackal tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
