These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Anastasio darts in and clinches Barns up against the ropes.

Anastasio definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.

Barns breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Barns bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.

and Anastasio connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Barns throws a hook but Anastasio blocks it.
Barns looks to score with a jab to the body but Anastasio is just out of range.

Barns scores with a jab and follows up with an uppercut that drops Anastasio to his knees! He bounces straight back to his feet but is forced to take the mandatory standing 8 count before he's allowed to continue. We're back under way and the fighters meet in the middle of the canvas to re-engage.

Oh Anastasio is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Anastasio wants to clinch.
Anastasio walks straight into devastating uppercut and drops to the floor, clearly wobbled! Can he beat the count? 4,5,6,7... he's up! And he's down again! The ref steps in and calls an end to the fight! What a punch that was!
