Coming up we have a bantamweight kickboxing rules bout between Chuck Griffen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Julian Wallace (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Wallace's choice of entrance music: scotland the brave. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Chuck Griffen!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Julian Wallace!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Stewart Dunkirk and Alan Glass.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wallace misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Wallace wants to clinch up but Griffen keeps it at a distance.
Julian Wallace seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Wallace bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Griffen's head backwards.
Wallace is looking to clinch.

Griffen drives through and clinches with Wallace against the ropes.
Griffen stalling.

Griffen pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Griffen avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Wallace lands with a kick to the temple. Griffen shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"

Wallace tries to close the distance and clinch up against the ropes but Griffen paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Wallace swings and misses with a hook to the body.

Wallace takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Wallace lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Griffen has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Griffen and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Wallace clobbers Griffen with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.

Griffen has closed the distance and engaged Wallace in a clinch.

Griffen escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Griffen cracks the inside of Wallace's front leg.
Griffen connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Wallace staggers Griffen with a jab and knocks him down with a follow up straight! Griffen looks in trouble, will he beat the count?! The count has reached 5 and he's only back to 1 knee - it's going to be close! 6,7,8 - he's up! No! He's back down again! 9...10 - he's can't beat the count and Wallace is victorious!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:31 of round 4, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Julian Wallace!
Julian Wallace spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
