PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mr Joshua (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tim Ortiz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Mr Joshua has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Mr Joshua seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Joshua staying out of range there.
Ortiz tries to clinch there but Joshua circles away.
A jab from Joshua finds it's way through Ortiz's defenses.
Joshua connects with a crisp jab.
Joshua fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Joshua lands a body shot.
An inside leg kick from Ortiz misses.
Ortiz moves out of range of the strikes.
Ortiz is looking for the big counter here.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Joshua lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Ortiz swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

Ortiz looks for the body kick but Joshua saw that one coming.
Ortiz throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
A counter left hand to the body from Joshua misses its target.
Ortiz on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.

Joshua lands a big uppercut and Ortiz crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Ortiz looks OK. Joshua waves Ortiz back to his feet!

It looks like Tim Ortiz has been cut.
Joshua lands a right hook to the body.
Ortiz looks winded!
Joshua fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Ortiz looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Joshua drops Ortiz with a straight right hand, right on the button! Joshua follows him down to the mat and pounds him out with hammerfists until the referee jumps in to end the fight!

Mr Joshua got down on his knees post fight and begged the management for a title shot. 'Please, I want that title shot so bad! Give it to me!'
