PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Ali Pasha (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tyrion Lannister (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Lannister's choice of entrance music: Justin by Korn. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pasha throws a head kick that misses.
Lannister lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Pasha backs up against the cage.
Pasha fails to land with a series of punches.
Lannister misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Pasha went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected.

Lannister fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Pasha, pushing him back against the cage.
Pasha tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
Pasha is trying to drag Lannister to the mat but Lannister just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.
Lannister goes for a takedown attempt but Pasha pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Lannister dives in for a single leg takedown but Pasha sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
