PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Wrestlefuck Wrestling (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Riaq Rowanda (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Wrestling has a slight injury, which hopefully won't affect the fight too much. Riaq Rowanda told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rowanda lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.

Wrestling was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.

Rowanda pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.

Wrestling moves out of range of the body kick.
Rowanda throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Rowanda tries to clinch but Wrestling is having none of it.
Rowanda looks to land a combination. Wrestling sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
Rowanda ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Wrestling moves away.
Wrestling is looking to counter punch.
Riaq Rowanda seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Rowanda lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Rowanda plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!
Rowanda feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Wrestlings jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!

Wrestling is rocked!
Rowanda darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Oh Wrestling is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
We've been informed that Rowanda has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.
