Coming up we have a super heavyweight Tycoon World Grappling Championship rules bout between Ezekiel Moon and Tchort Abbadon. Tchort Abbadon is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.
This TWGC bout is 1 fifteen minute round in the super heavyweight division. Introducing today's competitors. Abbadon tries to keep at a distance but Moon has taken the fight into the clinch.
Moon jumps guard but Abbadon stands there with Moon around his waist. Moon gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Moon ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Moon no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
Abbadon controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
Abbadon avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Abbadon is pushing down on Moon's leg trying to pass to half guard. Moon is fighting to maintain full guard but Abbadon has managed to sneak the leg through.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Abbadon is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

Abbadon is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Moon is just riding it out for now. Abbadon eventually gives up the hold.
Abbadon uses his free foot to push down on Moon's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Moon. Score +3 for passing guard: Moon (0) vs (3) Abbadon
Moon is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
Abbadon content just to control the position here.
Moon is desperately trying to improve his position but Abbadon has a good base and remains in mount.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Abbadon can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Moon is looking to escape.
Abbadon looking for a guillotine from mount but Moon is having none of it.
Moon keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Abbadon jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Moon manages to avoid the submission attempt.
Moon is looking for a sweep.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Moon manages to get one leg in to regain half guard.
Abbadon is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Moon is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!

A very excited looking Tchort Abbadon rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed. |
