Washington closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Fredriksen did well to prevent Washington getting side control.
Fredriksen is looking to get back to is feet but Washington passes into side control.
Fredriksen knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Washington on the ground.
Washington lands a decent elbow from side control.
