Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Don Winkell and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
John misses with a right hand
and John takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Bobby scores with a nice right hand.
Bobby avoids the head kick by John.
Nice cross by Bobby.
Bobby moves out of range of the body kick.
John tries to work over Bobby's front leg with a kick but Bobby checks it.
Bobby throws an ugly left hook that misses
and John counters with a leg kick.
John ducks under a wild hook from Bobby.
Bobby looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Bobby throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
John takes a body punch but keeps moving.
John avoids a punch combination nicely.
Bobby fakes high and swings low for a body shot but John manages to avoid it.
Jab by John.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
John fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Bobby has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Bobby connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Bobby fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
That's one minute gone in the round.
John fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Bobby manages to avoid it.
Bobby closes the distance and catches John with a lead hook that drops him to the canvas! John is clearly dazed and struggling here! 3,4,5,6,7 and John is up to his feet but the referee has called it off! John is still far too wobbly and he's not going to allow the fight to continue! Bobby takes it!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:12 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punch). Big Bobby!
