Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Vern Dickerson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bayson Yurface (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bayson Yurface has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Timothy Bukovac and Frank Antenori.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Yurface misses with a low kick.
Dickerson throwing a counter right hand but Yurface manages to avoid it.

Yurface has taken the fight to the clinch.
Dickerson wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Yurface has him pressed against the cage.
Yurface tries to pull guard but Dickerson holds him up against the cage and eventually Yurface drops back down to his feet.

Dickerson's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.
Dickerson tries to work over Yurface's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Yurface blocks a couple of punches on the inside.

Yurface fails to pull guard.
Vern Dickerson has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Bayson Yurface.
Yurface wants a takedown but no success here.
Dickerson can't break the clinch.
Yurface keeps control of Dickerson as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.

Dickerson pulls Yurface into guard.
Yurface is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.

Dickerson really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Yurface lands a big shot there that rocks Dickerson but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.

Yurface postures up and throws a couple of big shots that have Dickerson in real trouble here! The ref calls for Dickerson to improve his position which he doesn't do, so the referee has no choice but to end the fight due to the strikes!
