The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Barducci throws a head kick that misses.
Harding is looking for a counter combo.
Barducci swings for the body but Harding moves out of range.

Barducci closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Barducci keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action.
Harding looks like he's trying to stand up.
Barducci winds up and cracks Harding with a swinging punch to the side of the head.
Barducci with a momentary lay and pray from half guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Barducci is looking to advance position but Harding won't allow it.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Harding misses with some strikes from the bottom.

Barducci stops Harding from getting back to his feet.
Barducci is controlling the pace.
Barducci lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Barducci seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.
Barducci passes the guard and advances to mount!
Barducci lands a big elbow - Harding is in trouble! More strikes from the mount and Harding is forced to tap out!
