The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Allowishes gets the takedown into side control.
Mathews could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Mathews is in a bad spot here and he knows it... just holding on for now.
Mathews regains half guard.
Mathews misses with some strikes from the bottom.

Allowishes looks winded!

Allowishes looks to land a strike but Mathews avoids it nicely and regains full guard.

Allowishes has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Mathews to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Allowishes is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Mathews pulls down on the head and he's put Allowishes to sleep! This one is all over!
