The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gauthier throws a right and a left that both miss.
Gauthier wants to clinch up but Czereczenko keeps it at a distance.
No joy there for Gauthier , who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Gauthier 's coach down at Elite Strikers was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Gauthier 's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
Gauthier tries to clinch but Czereczenko is having none of it.

Gauthier tries to close the distance and clinch up against the ropes but Czereczenko paws at him with a jab and circles away.
A punch combination from Czereczenko misses.
Sloppy strikes from Czereczenko. Those never looked like landing.
Czereczenko feints a jab promting Gauthier to slip. Czereczenko then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Gauthier slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Gauthier moves in looking to clinch but Czereczenko pushes him off.

It looks like Blazko Czereczenko has been cut.

Gauthier staggers Czereczenko with a jab and knocks him down with a follow up straight! Czereczenko looks in trouble, will he beat the count?! The count has reached 5 and he's only back to 1 knee - it's going to be close! 6,7,8 - he's up! Just in time and the ref is going to let the fight continue!

Gauthier tries to close the distance and clinch up but Czereczenko swats him away and circles back towards the center.
As Gauthier looks to move away, Czereczenko throws a big counter combo but Gauthier just gets out of the way.
Oh Czereczenko is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Czereczenko avoids a punch combination nicely.
Czereczenko seems to have got his legs back now.

The fight stays on the outside here - Gauthier looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Gauthier looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Gauthier lands a right and a left and another right! Czereczenko goes down! Oh, he's in big, big trouble! 3,4,5,6,7,8... he's up to one knee... 9,10! He can't beat the count - this one is all over!
