Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Romeo Christensen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Cleveland White (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

White decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Christensen tries to kick White off in order to stand up. White Avoids the leg push though and dives into side control.
Christensen parries the strikes from White easily there. White is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Christensen to escape.
Christensen could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
White fails to land a wild elbow strike.
Christensen avoids any damage from the ground and pound of White.
Christensen pushes White away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, White gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.
Christensen parries the strikes from White easily there. White is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Christensen to escape.
White tries to stand but Christensen is controlling his head.

White tries for a kimura but Christensen is defending well.

White looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Christensen struggling a bit here.
Christensen might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

White is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Christensen knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

Christensen manages to get one leg in to regain half guard.
Christensen pushes White off looking to stand but White dives back in and keeps control.

White looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
White wants to pass the guard but Christensen is defending well.
White not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.

White seems to be looking for submissions.
Christensen is looking to escape.
Christensen keeps control of the position for the meantime.
Christensen pushes White off looking to stand but White dives back in and keeps control.

Christensen has managed to escape just enough to sneak back to his feet but White is on him like a limpet, forcing Christensen back against the cage.
Christensen tries to land a knee to the head but White blocks with his arms.
White stalling in the clinch.

White turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and White manages to end up in side control.
Christensen wants to control but White postures up.
White throws an elbow but Christensen slips to the side and avoids it well.
Christensen is looking for a sweep.
White throwing shots but missing, from side control.
White connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Christensen some visible discomfort.

Christensen is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here.
White lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face.

White is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Christensen is trying to escape and White transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Christensen is forced to tap! Nice work there by White! Very nice indeed!
