Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Jose Cordolha!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Jack Sea!
The judges for this bout are Paul Aken, Patrick Alders and Aafke Stam.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sea looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Sea should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.

Cordolha shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Sea manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
Cordolha wants to control from the top but Sea keeps moving.
Cordolha throwing strikes from guard but Sea blocks nicely.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Cordolha is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Cordolha is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.

Sea had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Cordolha defends it easily.
Sea looking for a sweep. Not yet Sea, not yet.
Cordolha keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Sea's head.
Cordolha trying to control but Sea is working from the bottom.
Cordolha tries to free his leg and advance position but Sea is retaining full guard.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Decent striking displayed by Cordolha there.
Cordolha shoots in for a double leg but Sea sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Nice sprawl there from Sea as Cordolha shoots in.
Nice takedown defense from Sea. No joy for Cordolha on that attempt.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jose Cordolha. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Sea scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.
Cordolha is breathing heavily.
Sea slips a nice elbow through Cordolha's hands, connecting with Cordolha's forehead.
Cordolha tries to get to full guard but Sea has control of the leg.
Sea content to sit in half guard and control for a moment.

Sea scores with a couple of good hammerfists.
Sea wants to get back to his feet.
Sea passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Cordolha!
Sea can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Cordolha is looking to escape.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Sea landing strikes, looking to finish!
Cordolha slips a leg in and gets back to half guard.
Cordolha wants to get back to full guard.
Sea works his way into side control.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Cordolha tries to bench press Sea off him but Sea keeps the position.
Sea tries to move to mount but Cordolha blocks the move with his legs.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Jack Sea dominated that round.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.



Sea looking for a takedown here - he's got it.
Sea loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
Sea has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
Sea wants to control from the top but Cordolha keeps moving.
Sea advances to half guard.
Cordolha is looking for a sweep. Sea is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

Cordolha trying to hold on to Sea's head to control him but Sea postures up.

Cordolha is in a bad position, trying to hold on for dear life but he is really struggling to maintain any sort of control.
Sea is looking to advance position but Cordolha won't allow it.
Cordolha is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Sea's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Sea's back!
Cordolha has the hooks in. Sea is trying to push off one leg but he has to do so cautiously to avoid being submitted.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Cordolha working from the back looking to end the fight with a rear naked choke. Sea is doing well to defend. Cordolha seems to have got his hand under the chin though and he's sunk the choke in! Sea is forced to tap and this one is over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:58 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Jose Cordolha!
In his post fight interview, Jose Cordolha gave a big smile as he said 'I'm the best.'.
