The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Matos steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Bones Junior.
Matos went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected.
Matos looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Matos closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.

Jonny Bones Junior seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

A very excited looking Caliman Matos rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
In defeat, Jonny Bones Junior stepped up to the mic, saying 'What a load of shit! I know I'm capable of beating him!'.
