Bellum comes to the cage accompanied by Daddy Yankee - Limbo . Shoei Braz has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Chris Bellum's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Braz shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Bellum counters with a flying knee. Nice.
Braz shoots in and drives through. Bellum sprawls well.
Braz fails with the takedown
and Bellum counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Chris Bellum has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Shoei Braz.
Bellum dips to his left and cracks Braz with an uppercut!

Bellum jabs Braz to the body, keeping him at a distance.

Bellum displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Braz.
Bellum tried to counter with a leg kick but Braz avoided it.
Bellum defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Braz.

and Bellum connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

Bellum lands a left hand that snaps the head of Braz backwards.
Braz has Bellum pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Bellum manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.
Bellum lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.

Bellum lands a nice uppercut.

That has opened up Shoei Braz's cut even more.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Bellum stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body.
Braz goes for a takedown attempt but Bellum pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.

Bellum lands a big head kick that sends Braz tumbling to the mat! Bellum takes a step backwards and waves Braz back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Braz shoots in looking for a takedown but Bellum manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Braz's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

Bellum looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.

and Braz takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

and Bellum counters with a good low kick that Braz was not able to check.
Bellum feints and then cracks Braz's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Braz down.

Good leg kick by Bellum there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Bellum uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Braz has time to react.

The cut above Shoei Braz's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
Braz misses with a takedown
and Bellum counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena.
Bellum throws a right and a left that Braz avoids nicely.

and Bellum counters with a nice right hand that sends Braz toppling to the canvas! Braz scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Bellum finish him?!
Braz is still on wobbly legs! Can Bellum finish him?
Bellum seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Braz leaves his chin hanging out and Bellum seizes the opportunity with an uppercut! Braz crumbles to the floor in a heap, and the referee steps in and tends to the downed fighter! What a knockout!
