Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Egor Sviridov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sixten Sason (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sason has chosen Parkway Drive - Wild Eyes as his entrance music. Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

The judges for this bout are Columbo Gatti, Eddie Farnsworth and Jonathan Paton.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sason avoids the body shot from Sviridov.
Sason scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.

Sason shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Sviridov's guard.
Sviridov wants to stand up but Sason is controlling him.
Sason postures up in Sviridov's guard and throws a big left but Sviridov blocks it.
Sviridov wants to get back to his feet but Sason is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
Sason distracts Sviridov with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Sason stands and throws Sviridov's legs to the side, diving into side control.
Sason has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Sviridov is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Sason asserts his dominance and retains side control.

A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet.

Sason bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Sviridov's guard.

Sason is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
Let's hope that Sason has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

Sviridov bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Sason 's head backwards.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Sviridov misses with an uppercut. Sason saw that one coming.

Sviridov takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Sviridov pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Sason back to the cage. Sviridov follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.

Sason turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Sason manages to end up in side control.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Sviridov wants to get up but he can't break Sason 's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

Sixten Sason showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!

Sason changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Sviridov looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Sason pushes Sviridov back against the cage and unloads with a body punch.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.

Sason successfully pulls guard.
Sason pulls Sviridov in close to prevent any damage.

Sviridov has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Sason to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Sviridov is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Sason pulls down on the head and he's put Sviridov to sleep! This one is all over!
