Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Stjepan Balerina (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mac Murda (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Stjepan Balerina has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Balerina shoots in for a takedown and gets it.

Murda's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Balerina shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Murda's guard.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Murda seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.

Murda is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Balerina is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

As Murda looks to move away, Balerina throws a big counter combo but Murda just gets out of the way.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.

and Balerina counters with a nice double leg into side control. Murda won't be happy with that.

A close round but Mac Murda will probably get the nod.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Balerina moves out of range of the body kick from Murda.
Balerina changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Murda tries to avoid it but Balerina manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Murda to the ground. Murda escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
