Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Stevie Bell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jose Cordolha (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Stevie Bell!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Jose Cordolha!
The judges for this bout are Nard Betker, Wagner Zegers and Radbod Blank.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Excellent takedown into side control there by Cordolha.

Bell pushes Cordolha away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Cordolha gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.

Cordolha is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Bell is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Cordolha manages to reverse the position and now he's in Bell's guard. Nice work there by Cordolha.

Bell sneaks out the side door and pushes Cordolha away - he's back to his feet. The crowd show their appreciation for the escape.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Bell decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Bell takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.
Bell content to sit in half guard and control for a moment.

Bell is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

Bell is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound.
Cordolha regains full guard. Nicely done.
Cordolha bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Bell's guard.

Connects with an elbow from the bottom, proving to the judges that he's still active off his back.

and Bell counters with a lovely straight right hand!

Cordolha shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Cordolha was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Bell is trying to escape and get back to his feet.

Cordolha has hold of Bell's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Bell seems comfortable defending it but Cordolha has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Bell is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Bell is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Cordolha couldn't care less - he's delighted!
