Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Pedro Diaz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Anderson Aldo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Diaz's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Serenade. Pedro Diaz could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Anderson Aldo's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Anderson Aldo!
The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Yamamoto, Sosuke Kotani and Kenichi Hosakawa.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Diaz shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Aldo sprawls well. Aldo wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Diaz gets slowly back to his feet.
Aldo scores with a head kick. Diaz tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time.
Aldo throws a series of punches but Diaz moves out of range.
No joy there for Aldo, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
That kick from Aldo tenderised Diaz's leg. Diaz is trying to keep his angry face on.
Diaz looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Aldo is fending him off so far but Diaz persists. Nope, Aldo circles away and we're back to standing.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
