Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Bach Schtrappe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jon Melcher (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Schtrappe comes to the cage accompanied by Phobia by Kreator. Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 27 - 15 - 1, fighting out of New York, Bach Schtrappe!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 16 - 0, fighting out of London, Jon Melcher!
The judges for this bout are Columbo Gatti, Reed Andrews and David Schapiro.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Melcher slips under a jab from Schtrappe.
Melcher lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected.
Schtrappe moves into range and lands a nice body kick.

Melcher tries for a takedown but Schtrappe sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Melcher accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Schtrappe has his foot on Melcher's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Melcher works his way back into a safe position though.

Melcher is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:05 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Bach Schtrappe!
Bach Schtrappe very nearly forgot to thank Fury Nutrition amongst all the excitement of his win but just as the interview came to a close, he screamed their name. Hopefully he'll get a few nice freebies in the mail as a thank you.
In defeat, Jon Melcher stepped up to the mic, saying 'We tried. We failed. I guess it's back to the ol' drawing board!'.
