Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Titan Rain (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Aiden Preston (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rain's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, For Heavy Metal we will die!. Preston has chosen Fuckin Problem as his entrance music. Aiden Preston is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 27 - 9 - 4, fighting out of Los Angeles, Titan Rain!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 36 - 20 - 1, fighting out of New York, Aiden Preston!
The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Don Winkell and Frank Antenori.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Preston blocks a leg kick.
Preston throws a head kick that misses.
Preston connects with an inside leg kick.
Nice jab there from Rain.
Rain closes the distance and clinches up with Preston, looking for a takedown. Rain pushes Preston against the cage but Preston circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Preston scores with a decent looking hook.
Rain changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Preston tries to avoid it but Rain manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Preston to the ground. Preston escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Preston was about to counter that last move with a leg kick but changes his mind.
Rain ducks under a wild hook from Preston.
Rain looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Rain on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Preston scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Preston throws a right and a left that both miss.
Preston throws out a loose jab but Rain uses good head movement to avoid it.
Rain looks to land a body kick but Preston moved away.
Rain ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
A telegraphed right hand from Rain misses the target.
Rain has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Preston.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Preston misses with an uppercut
and Rain counters with a right hand to the body.
Preston has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Preston there as he acknowledges the shot.
Aiden Preston seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Rain moves out of range of the strikes.

Rain swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Rain scores with a body shot.
Rain swats away the attempt to clinch by Preston.
Rain half committed to a counter leg kick.
Aiden Preston is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Rain uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Preston.
Rain looks to land a right hand but Preston moved out of range.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Preston is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.
Rain is just content to waste time from the top position. Preston takes advantage of the situation and regains full guard.
Preston keeping moving, preventing Rain from controlling successfully.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Rain stays in close to Preston's body and controls the position.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.
Preston throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Preston missing with a left hand there. Rain was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
A telegraphed right hand from Preston misses the target.
Rain lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
Preston looks to land a combination but Rain avoids it well.
Preston tries a head kick but it misses.
Preston throws a leg kick but Rain sees it coming and moves out of range.
Rain takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
A punch combination from Preston misses.
Rain shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Preston as he jumps to the side.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Titan Rain. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Preston throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Rain.

A good leg kick by Rain.
Preston throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Rain changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Good work by Preston as he checks the leg kick.

Preston takes a swing at Rain's ribcage but misses.
Rain is looking for a counter combo.
Preston moves out of range of the body kick from Rain.
Nice uppercut lands for Rain. That snapped Preston's head back.
Preston moves into range and connects with a jab.
Rain staying out of range there.
Rain throws a sloppy head kick and Preston moves out of range easily.
Rain throws a poor cross that misses
and Preston cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Preston swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Rain.
Preston moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Preston lands a nice shot to the body.
Preston scores with a nice head shot.
Rain lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Preston at a distance.
Rain tries to land a front kick but Preston steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A close round but Aiden Preston will probably get the nod.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.


Rain fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
That kick from Preston tenderised Rain's leg. Rain is trying to keep his angry face on.
Preston is looking to score with low kicks.
Rain feinted with a counter takedown.
Some wild striking there from Preston.
Rain throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Rain uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Preston.
Preston fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Rain checks it well.
Rain slips under a jab from Preston.
Preston stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Preston wants it to stay on the feet.
As Rain backs off Preston throws a huge counter combo but Rain manages to avoid it all.
Rain shoots in for a double leg but Preston sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Thud! ouch! good body kick from Preston - that will leave a mark!
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Rain thuds a left hand into Preston's body.
Preston thuds his shin into the meat of Rain's side.
Rain lands a nice hook to Preston's body. Preston takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Rain dives in and scores a takedown into Preston's guard.

Rain is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.

Preston is looking for a sweep. Rain is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Preston is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
Preston wants to control but Rain is keeping busy.
Preston holds on for dear life, maintaining half guard for now.
Rain scoring with strikes to the body and head.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Rain is trying to control the action in half guard but Preston is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
Preston is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Preston is refusing to be controlled, as Rain sits in half guard.

Rain passes to side control.
Rain wants to lay and pray for a moment but Preston keeps working.
Preston takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better.
Rain wants to take a breather but Preston manages to regain guard - a lesson learnt for Rain.
Rain throws an elbow that misses. Preston uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Rain's guard. Nice move by Preston!


Rain working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Preston doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Preston manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Preston is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
Titan Rain overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
Preston trying to control the position from guard on top but Rain is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Preston is looking to work some ground and pound but Rain has wrist control.

Rain has his feet on Preston's thighs here. He's pushed Preston off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Preston screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:56 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Titan Rain!
After the fight, Titan Rain was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
