Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Norbert Simpson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Larry Guacamole (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Simpson shoots for a takedown but Guacamole saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Guacamole is looking to clinch.
Simpson is trying to close the distance and clinch up, after that failed offence from Guacamole.

Guacamole manages to break the clinch.
Guacamole tries to score a power double leg takedown but Simpson sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Guacamole somewhat.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

and Simpson counters with a nice double leg into side control. Guacamole won't be happy with that.
Larry Guacamole has got the better of the ground game so far.
Guacamole is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Simpson asserts his dominance and retains side control.
