The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fighters circling - Pan throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Pan ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
We've been informed that Pan has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.

Roberts dives in and grabs Pan's left leg, looking for a takedown. Pan pushes down on Roberts's head and hops out.

Roberts wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Pan manages to pass to side control.

Pan is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
Pan wants to stand but Roberts has hold of a leg and an arm, so he's trapped for now.

Pan is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.

Pan is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Pan stops Roberts from getting back to his feet.

Pan seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Roberts is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!

Peter Pan is the new featherweight champion!
Peter Pan decided to call for a title shot in his post fight interview, which was very strange given the fact this fight was for a title and he's already the champion. I guess that's what getting punched in the head does for you.
