The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Machado darts in and clinches Cantu up against the cage.
Good anti-grappling being displayed by Machado as Cantu tries to tie him up.
Cantu is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.
Cantu looking to stall.
Machado lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Cantu or not.
Cantu is breathing heavily.
Machado lands a hook that snaps the head of Cantu backwards.

It looks like Ahmed Cantu has been cut.

Machado gets a nice trip takedown into half guard.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Machado connects with a nice short shot to Cantu's temple.

Cantu is rocked!

Ahmed Cantu's cut is getting worse.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Machado creates some space for himself and unloads with a monster right hand! That one landed with a sickening thud - Cantu is out cold and this one is all over! Machado climbs onto the cage to celebrate with his corner!! He's shouting something into the camera but he's still got his mouthpiece in so God knows what he's actually saying.
