Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Frank Reilly (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Papy Abedi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Reilly kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Danko Jones - Do You Wanna Rock. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 27 - 14 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Papy Abedi!
The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Daniel Franklin and Robert Twigg.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Abedi pivots, looking for a leg kick but Reilly is out of range and Abedi settles back down.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Abedi connects with a nice short shot to Reilly's temple.

Reilly is in a tricky position but he's been working on his transitions down at LOD: Top Team, so we'll see if he gets out of it.

Abedi is stalling here. Reilly is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Abedi seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Reilly has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Reilly, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
