Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Johnnie Sellers (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Keith Stone (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Keith Stone will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Johnnie Sellers!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Keith Stone!
The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, Elvis Blanc and Alec Ball.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Stone looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.

Sellers manages to escape and get back to his feet!

Sellers gets caught napping as Stone dives in and scores a takedown. Sellers manages to retain guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Sellers is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Stone defends well.
Sellers seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.

Sellers working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Stone doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Stone manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Sellers is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage.

Sellers has his foot on Stone's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Stone works his way back into a safe position though.

Sellers has control of Stone's left arm, preventing Stone from doing any damage.
Sellers continues to stall.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Sellers is on top in guard.

Sellers is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.

Sellers stands up from Stone's guard - Sellers perhaps looking for a knockout.

Sellers closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Stone did well to prevent Sellers getting side control.

Sellers working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.

Stone tries to clinch but Sellers is having none of it.
Stone blocks a head kick by Sellers.
Sellers slips a jab and a cross from Stone.

Stone shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Stone was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

Sellers bucks up and manages to escape back to his feet!

Sellers misses with a wild combination.

Stone closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Sellers quickly recovers to half guard.

Sellers makes some distance and scrambles quickly back to his feet. Nice work!
Keith Stone seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Stone dodges the punch combination from Sellers.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Sellers rushes Stone and presses him up against the cage.

Sellers's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Stone looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Sellers!

Sellers bucks up and manages to escape back to his feet!
Stone looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.

Sellers gets caught flat footed, as Stone shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.

Sellers pushes Stone off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Stone is breathing heavily.
Sellers avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Stone uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Sellers.
Sellers could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

The two fighters are working to gain dominance in the clinch.

Sellers swats away the attempt to clinch by Stone.

Stone scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.

Sellers throws his opponent off and manages to get back to his feet! Nicely done!

Sellers misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

Stone closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Sellers is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Stone's leg. He's managed it. Nice work.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Sellers looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it.

Sellers is edging up against the cage. He's using the cage to get back to his feet. Nice work there - the fighters are clinched.

Stone gets control of Sellers's arms and successfully pulls guard. Stone will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.
Sellers is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.

Sellers gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.

Sellers has managed to clinch.

Sellers escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Sellers moves into the clinch.

Sellers lands with a nice combination. Stone backs away looking to recover.

Stone throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Sellers tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Stone is in Sellers's guard.

Sellers pushes Stone off and scrambles back to his feet.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Sellers misses with a body kick.
Sellers misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Sellers throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Stone swings widly with a right hand
and Sellers counters with a left and a right that stings Stone.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Johnnie Sellers dominated that second round.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!

Stone is trying to trip Sellers. He has hold of a leg but Sellers is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Stone persists though and gets the takedown into guard.

Sellers has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Stone off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Sellers closes the distance and clinches.
Stone takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.

Sellers breaks from the clinch.

Sellers clinches.

Stone jumps guard.
Sellers's corner is telling him to maintain position.

Stone looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Sellers has picked Stone up and slammed him! Stone can't keep hold of the triangle and Sellers manages to pass to side control!
Sellers is staying tight to Stone's torso, preventing him from escaping.
Sellers is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Stone can do to turn this around?
Sellers cracks Stone with a big elbow.
Sellers is working Stone over with some ground and pound from side control.
Sellers just content to control the position.
Sellers lands an elbow.

You can see the frustration on Stone's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Sellers working the head and body with strikes.
Stone seems a little lost for a moment, as Sellers dominates the positioning.
Sellers scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at Stone to see if he's OK.
Sellers grinds an elbow into Stone's temple.
Check out the look on Sellers's face as he threw that strike - that's one determined fighter!
Sellers controls the position from side control.

Sellers in side control lands a nice looking series of punches and elbows.

Stone tries to keep at a distance but Sellers has taken the fight into the clinch.

Sellers forces Stone back against the cage and clinches.

Sellers breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Sellers shoots and scores a devastating slam takedown! Stone is unconscious as Sellers celebrates over his stricken foe!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:33 of round 3, we have a winner by way of KO (Slam). Johnnie Sellers!
