Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Issac Slater (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Karen Dr (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Slater scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.

Slater looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Dr with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Slater is nestled in close to Dr, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

That was a close round but I would say that Issac Slater will probably get the nod.

Slater shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Dr manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

Slater working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Dr doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Dr manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
