Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Adam Breneman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Raven Harris (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 23 - 14 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Adam Breneman!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 29 - 22 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Raven Harris!
The judges for this bout are Fedor Mirinova, Viktor Lagutenko and Konstantin Menshow.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No joy there for Harris, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Harris misses with a body shot.
Harris takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.
Harris throws a nice inside leg kick.
Harris fails to land with a series of punches.
A clash of legs there as Breneman blocks the low kick.
Harris scores with a spinning back kick!
Harris swings and misses with a hook to the body.

Breneman shoots in and bounces Harris off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Breneman is really struggling to control Harris but he's trying to hold on to the position.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.

and Breneman counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Harris thinking.

Breneman scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.

Breneman is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Harris knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
Breneman tries to score with some ground and pound. Harris controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage.

Harris tries to bench press Breneman off him but Breneman keeps the position.

Breneman creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Harris sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.

Harris is not content to let Breneman control the position.

The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Breneman lands a nice short elbow.

Breneman is looking to take a break and control but Harris is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Harris is looking for a sweep. Breneman is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

Harris tries to get to full guard but Breneman has control of the leg.

Harris throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

Breneman swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

and Breneman counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Harris moves out of range of the body kick.
Harris moves forwards but Breneman connects with a nice, crisp jab.

and Harris counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Breneman thinking.
Breneman misses with a jab, cross combination.
Harris scores to the head and body with a nice combination!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Breneman manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Harris on his heels. He'll look to pass Harris's guard now, I'm sure.
Breneman not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.

Breneman connects with a couple of short punches.
Breneman throws an elbow that misses. Harris uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Breneman's guard. Nice move by Harris!


Breneman has his foot on Harris's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Harris works his way back into a safe position though.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

A close second round but Raven Harris will probably get the nod - 10:9.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. This is the final round!


Harris throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Breneman looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Harris throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Breneman swings for the body but Harris moves out of range.
Adam Breneman is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Breneman lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Harris circles away quickly and effectively.
Harris only half commits to the counter leg kick.
No luck for Breneman with that takedown attempt.

Breneman moves away from the strike by Harris.
No joy there for Harris, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Breneman fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Harris sprawls well initially but Breneman persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

Harris pushes Breneman off and gets back to his feet.

Breneman tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Harris is able to avoid easily.
Harris tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Breneman sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.
Breneman throws a right and a left that Harris avoids nicely.
Breneman shoots and misses
and Harris counters with a nice body shot.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Adam Breneman. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Harris lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Breneman at a distance.
Harris lands a right hook to the body.

Harris drops Breneman with a right and a left! Harris comes rushing in but Breneman regains his composure and manages to keep Harris in guard.


It looks like Adam Breneman has been cut.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Harris gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.
Harris misses the shot to the body.
Breneman throws a right and a left that both miss.
Harris lands a body shot.
Harris connects with a left and a right that sees a clearly hurt Breneman covering up! Harris comes in with a big uppercut and Breneman goes doooown! He's slumped up against the cage, eyes staring blankly into space.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:59 of round 3, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Raven Harris!
