We've been informed that Handle has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.
Metsast pushes off an throws an elbow but Handle leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage.
Metsast jerks Handle's head down, straight into the path of a devastating knee! Handle drops to the floor in a crumpled heap! Metsast goes to throw a finishing haymaker but pulls out - good sportsmanship from Metsast because Handle was completely out of it. That was a nice finish - just the right level of brutality to send everyone home happy.
