The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Armstrong forces Kiegurth back against the cage and clinches.

As Kiegurth looks to move away, Armstrong throws a big counter combo but Kiegurth just gets out of the way.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Armstrong enables Kiegurth to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Armstrong manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
