The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nah fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Burgundy.
Nah takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.

It looks like Tee Nah has been cut.
Burgundy uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Nah.
Burgundy pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Nah back to the cage. Burgundy follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.
Burgundy pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Nah takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Burgundy avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
A little feinted left hand from Burgundy on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.

Nah moves into range and clinches up with Burgundy.
Nah lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.

Nah's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Nah cracks Burgundy with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Nah has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Burgundy to stand back up!

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Burgundy is aggressively charging in as Nah backs up avoiding any damage. Nah tosses out a jab and Burgundy runs right into it face first! Burgundy is out cold! Nah dropped down on all fours and is barking in Burgundy's face like a pit bull in celebration until the ref was finally able to pull him away!
