Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jarred Jarrett (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brotha Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jarrett comes to the cage accompanied by Can't be touched. Gracie is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Tupac - Last Muthafucka Breathin'. Jarred Jarrett could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Brotha Gracie's chin.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Alan Glass and Robert Twigg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jarrett throws a hook but Gracie blocks it.
Jarred Jarrett seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Gracie misses with the combination.
A jab lands there for Jarrett.
It looks like Brotha Gracie has been cut.
Gracie jabs. That one connects to the head of his opponent.

In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Gracie working his ground and pound in the gym. He isn't landing a great percentage of his ground strikes so far though.

Jarrett takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head.
Gracie is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Jarrett's shoulder. That is not cool.
Jarrett tries to get back to his feet but has found himself mounted instead. Damn, that's gotta suck.

Let's hope that Gracie has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

It looks like Gracie might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.
We're seeing a lot of stalling here from Gracie.

Gracie tightens his grip and picks Jarrett up, before dumping him to the ground. Jarrett manages to land in guard.
Gracie is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
Gracie has been the more effective fighter overall so far.

Jarrett wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Gracie manages to pass to side control.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Gracie lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
Jarrett looks to land a left hand but Gracie moved out of range nicely.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Gracie! But no joy.
Jarrett throws a looping overhand right but Gracie ducks down to avoid it.

Gracie turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Gracie manages to end up in side control.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Brotha Gracie comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Gracie has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

After winning the bout, Brotha Gracie thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
Jarred Jarrett was interviewed post fight and said 'i had a great oppenent you know a loss is a loss you win them all thank you a great fight '.
