Stiffington Jr attempts a counter takedown but Chad avoids it well and moves away.

Chad closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Stiffington Jr to the mat! Stiffington Jr manages to get full guard.
Stiffington Jr is pulling down on Chad's head to control his posture.

Chad has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Stiffington Jr is proving hard to escape from.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Stiffington Jr is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Chad has hold of Stiffington Jr's hands but Stiffington Jr slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.
