The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nicole needs to keep his hands up - Fairbanks had a free shot at his head there.

Fairbanks has closed the distance and engaged Nicole in a clinch.
A quick uppercut on the inside from Fairbanks.
A short right from Fairbanks on the inside.
A body shot lands from Fairbanks.
A right handed body shot lands from Fairbanks.
Fairbanks lands an uppercut.
Fairbanks presses Nicole against the cage and delivers a mid-strength body shot.

Fairbanks lands with a short shot to the head.
Fairbanks creates a bit of space for himself and rocks Nicole with a big uppercut! Nicole tries to clinch up but Fairbanks pushes him back against the cage and lands another monster strike that crumples Nicole to the mat! Nicole covers up and Fairbanks unloads with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!
